“The drivers are very friendly but the main guy who runs the business is very rude. We were dropped off at the Montenegro border and left there in the sun for 1.5 hours, despite being told our driver was 5 mins away after we were dropped off. After complaining, the guy then said he would cancel on us and did not say sorry.”
